Colline Ferrier is a highly skilled communicator, researcher, and advocate with a strong background in public relations. Currently serving as the Public Relations Director for the League of Women Voters of Chattanooga, she is responsible for creating and managing content across various communication channels. In her role as the Public Relations Coordinator for the Department of Public Works at the City of Chattanooga, Colline acts as the primary media liaison and coordinates communications to enhance the department's programs and services. With a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Elmira College and a Master's in Public Administration from George Mason University, she brings a wealth of academic knowledge to her professional endeavors. Originally from Jamesville, NY, Colline has also lived and worked in Washington, D.C. before settling in Chattanooga, TN.
