Collin Smith

Collin Smith is a seasoned professional who has held various roles at Fisher Investments, a global investment firm. He studied Business/Corporate Communications at the University of Maryland College Park and has since worked in leadership, recruitment marketing, business analysis, and online marketing. Currently, he serves as the Employee Engagement Marketing Team Lead where he is responsible for creating and implementing programs that foster a high-performance culture across the organization. Collin is passionate about helping employees understand their purpose and making work a fulfilling and enriching experience. He believes that culture is defined by the way an organization thinks, behaves and communicates, and intentionally builds programs across all three areas. In his former role at Cinder Block LLC, he was a music industry professional who helped bands hone their brand and turn their fans into fanatics.
