Mom Pouliot is an experienced legal and business executive with over 25 years of experience in helping public and private companies in software and SaaS grow their businesses worldwide through developing legal, IP, governance, and cybersecurity programs. Pouliot served as a board member of Adobe Systems Incorporated, reflecting her demonstrated track record in executive leadership. During her tenure, the company grew to over $3 billion in revenue through both organic and inorganic growth, including acquiring public and private companies and smoothly transitioning the CEO role through an internal succession plan.

Pouliot also served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for over ten years at Adobe, where she was responsible for all aspects of the Legal function, including support of the Board of Directors, corporate matters, cybersecurity, IP, litigation, and mergers and acquisitions. She was also responsible for public policy matters, including a term as Chair of the Board of the Business Software Alliance.

Furthermore, Pouliot was part of a small senior management team that led Xactly Corporation, a SaaS provider listed on NYSE. As the General Counsel, she developed the governance program during the IPO process, supported the Board and committees, developed the cybersecurity program with the CTO, and worked through a successful private equity sale of Xactly to Vista Equity Partners in July 2017. She also collaborated on the cybersecurity program, including technology components and comprehensive risk mitigation, and was a member of Xactly’s Information Security Council.

Pouliot’s education includes a J.D. in Law from the University of California, Davis, School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, summa cum laude, from Santa Clara University. Pouliot has been a board member and attorney-at-law at Law Practice, formerly the General Counsel and Secretary at Xactly Corp, an attorney at Law Office, a board member at Adobe, and an associate at Dla Piper.
