Colleen Keenan

Colleen Keenan is an experienced System Engineer and Information Technology Manager with a strong background in the higher education industry. Her expertise includes working with Windows, macOS, iOS, Mac Servers, Windows Server, and various management tools.

Colleen's skills encompass a wide range of technologies such as Kace SMA and SDA, Jamf, PaperCut for network print management, Microsoft Volume Licensing, Keyserver, VMware, Citrix, Google Suite, and many more. She is also proficient in tools like ARD, ABTutor, DeployStudio, Sophos Central, Adobe Enterprise, Apple Configurator, and iPad management. Additionally, she holds the title of Apple Certified Technician and is a TeamDynamix Administrator.

With a Bachelor's degree in Music from Clark University, Colleen has held several key positions in prestigious organizations. She served as the Associate Director of Client Systems at Smith College and previously worked as the Client Systems Engineer at the same institution. Prior to her role at Smith College, she was the Associate Manager of Multimedia Services and Senior Technology Classroom Specialist at Amherst College. Additionally, Colleen has experience as a Desktop Computing Specialist and even took on the role of a fitness instructor in Cardio Kickboxing, Bootcamp, and HIIT classes at Amherst College. Earlier in her career, she was a Jr. Network Administrator at Omniglow.
