Colleen Hartman is an experienced executive manager with a strong background in the higher education and government sectors.

She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physics from The Catholic University of America and has remarkable expertise in various areas including Government, International Relations, Proposal Writing, Satellite, and Technical Writing.

Colleen completed her Bachelor's degree in Zoology at Pomona College, Claremont Colleges, CA, followed by a Master's degree in Physics and Public Administration from The Catholic University of America and USC, respectively.

Throughout her career, Colleen Hartman has held numerous significant roles in prestigious organizations such as serving as Board Director for Aeronautics and Sciences at The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, as well as Deputy Center Director for Science & Exploration at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center.

Her past experience includes positions as an Adjunct Professor at George Washington University, Deputy Associate Administrator at NASA, Deputy Assistant Administrator at NOAA, and Technology Deputy Division Director at NASA, among others.
