Colleen Grosse

Colleen Elisabeth Grosse is an accomplished educational leader with a diverse background in education, business, and leadership.

She pursued her academic career by studying Educational Leadership at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Master of Education (M.Ed.) at Johns Hopkins University School of Education, and Bachelor of Science (B.S.) at both Rutgers Business School and Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick.

Colleen has held various prominent roles in reputable organizations, including serving as the Dean Of Students at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools.

Her previous experiences include being a Principal Intern at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Mathematics Teacher at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, and a Corps Member & Alumn at Teach For America in 2013.

Colleen also has a solid foundation in business, with experiences such as an Account Coordinator at DXagency, President - New Jersey at Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda (FBLA-PBL), and as a Membership Director and President at Rutgers University Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda.

Additionally, she has contributed to the academic field as a First Year Interest Group Instructor at Rutgers University and as a New Jersey State Membership Director at Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda (FBLA-PBL).
