Colleen Chew

Colleen Chew is a professional with a strong background in building processes, tools, and teams to manage complexity at scale. Her cross-functional expertise includes social media and blog publishing, social customer care, and community moderation. She holds certifications as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Colleen earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with a focus on Cognitive Studies (Psychology) and the Computer Science track from Cornell University. Colleen has held key positions in various organizations, including Program Manager of Content Communications at PlayStation. She has also served as a member of the Board of Directors at Peninsula Velo Cycling, a nonprofit organization.
