Colin Steley is a seasoned Business Development, Project Management, and Country Management professional with a track record of numerous commercial successes spanning over 8 years.

He has led diverse teams and accomplished remarkable feats such as contracting over 30MW of utility scale PV and developing a pipeline of over 400MW utility scale PV.

Colin has also excelled in managing the Procurement of Goods for more than 10,000 SHS kits and spearheading a Commercial & Industrial Solar PV Rooftop business, alongside contracting over 1.8MW in PV C&I projects.

In his current role as Director of Stratcon, Colin has overseen strategic agreements, negotiated regional rights, and introduced innovative business ventures into the market.

Furthermore, his expertise as a Senior Finance Specialist consultant to the Asian Development Bank includes originating distributed energy and microgrid opportunities for financing in the Philippines and Indonesia.
