Colin Rushmere

Colin Rushmere is a successful entrepreneur and a seasoned investor in the technology and innovative start-up industry. He has a comprehensive background in finance, private equity investment, and business strategy, making him a valuable partner for start-ups looking to raise finance and grow their businesses. Colin studied Chartered Accountant at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in South Africa and completed his Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Commerce Honours in different fields from various universities. He also holds a Senior Executive Programme in Business Strategy from the London Business School.

Colin is the co-founder and Managing Director of Global Reach Investments Ltd, GRIL II Ltd, Grand Impact Ltd, and collectively traded as GRIL VENTURES. He has served as a Social Enterprise Partner for Open Africa in the past and held advisory and non-executive director positions at various companies such as SalesGossip Ltd, Rise Art Limited, and Team Grasshopper Ltd. His vast knowledge and experience come from his past role as Group Chief Financial Officer and Director at Coca-Cola Sabco (Pty) Limited and Tax Partner at Pricewaterhouse.
