Colin Hales is an accomplished business development and operations executive with a wealth of experience across several industries. With degrees in Economics and Business from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Master of Business Administration from York University's Schulich School of Business, Colin has developed a rare ability to create and maintain effective strategic relationships, negotiate complex deals, manage effective sales and alliance organizations, and lead companies through mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining Edgeworx Solutions Inc. as Chief Operating Officer, Colin served in several key roles in other companies, such as Subex Limited, where he held global leadership positions, including Vice President of Global Alliances and Vice President of Business Development. Colin also worked for Autocyberworx and China Pathway Group, where he served as Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Business Development, respectively.
