Colin Day is a seasoned businessman and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in talent cloud services. He is best known as the founder and chairman of iCIMS, a leading talent cloud company that enables organizations to attract, engage, and hire diverse talent. iCIMS has over 4,000 customers, including a third of the Fortune 100 and employs more than 30 million people worldwide.

Day's commitment to entrepreneurship has led to him serving on the Advisory Council of Entrepreneurship at Cornell, a former Advisory Board member at Acadian Ventures, and a former Senior Advisor at Susquehanna Growth Equity (SGE). He has also been a Corporation Board Member at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, a Board member at Northpass, and WorkWave. Day started his professional career as a technical recruiter at Comrise Technology, allowing him to learn the ropes of the recruitment business.

In addition to his roles within the business community, Day enjoys giving back and advancing entrepreneurship, primarily through Board Memberships and advising for private equity. A graduate of Cornell University with a BS in Psychology, he studied high school at the prestigious St. Albans School in D.C.
