Colin Clover is an experienced recruiter who has worked for some of the biggest companies in the tech industry. Graduating from San Jose State University with a degree in Speech-Communication and a minor in Sociology, Clover began his professional career as a Dolphin and Sea Lion Trainer at Marine World Africa USA and Marine Animal Productions.

Clover then moved on to work for some of the biggest names in tech, including Apple and Facebook. At Apple, he gained experience in leadership, recruiting, program management, D&I, and customer relations. He then moved on to work at Facebook as a Senior Recruiting Manager for People Teams.

Currently, Clover is working as the Principal of Growth by Design Talent, where he is focused on building the company's People Recruiting business. His primary responsibilities include advising companies on recruiting strategies and helping recruiting and HR professionals find full-time roles with startups.
