During his time at Twitter from July 2010 to September 2014, Colin made significant contributions as both an Engineer and an Engineering Manager. As a founding member of the Revenue team, he played a pivotal role in the development of Twitter's advertising products, which grew revenue from zero to over a billion dollars annually. Transitioning into a leadership role, Colin led teams in launching mobile and desktop products, including innovative solutions for the DR market and Twitter's app install business.

Colin's entrepreneurial spirit is evident in his work with small startups prior to joining Twitter. While some ventures like BirdHerd, a group Twitter account management application, did not reach their full potential, others saw success. He even ventured into the music industry as a professional musician with his jazz/funk ensemble, Greenroom, for over a decade.
