Prior to his role at the Metropolitan Police, Colin served as a Commercial/Procurement Advisor for the FM Re-Procurement Project at the BBC, demonstrating his expertise in advising on commercial and procurement strategies in the media industry.

Colin has a robust history in procurement roles, having been the Head of Procurement at the London Borough of Barnet, Procurement Associate Director at Faithful & Gould, Procurement Consultant/Associate Director at CBRE, and Principal Procurement Consultant at Serco.
