Coley Andrews is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Pacific Lake Partners, a firm dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs in acquiring and operating small businesses through the Search Fund model. He co-founded the firm in 2009 alongside Jim Southern, a pioneer in the Search Fund space. Since its inception, Pacific Lake has invested over $250 million in search fund ventures and has worked with more than 150 search funds globally.12

Coley graduated from Dartmouth College and later earned an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. Before establishing Pacific Lake, he gained experience at Golden Gate Capital, a private equity firm, and worked in management consulting at The Parthenon Group.124
