Most recently, he served as a principal designer at Capital One Commercial bank, specializing in building tools to monitor corporate loans and mitigate risks. Prior to this role, he was the Product Design Lead at Domino, a platform facilitating distributed data science teams to create, version, and manage models. Cole's career journey includes significant UX/UI leadership roles in the aerospace sector at Planet Labs and Urthecast, focusing on GIS, mapping, and developer platforms. He thrives on navigating complex UX workflows, establishing sustainable design systems, and excelling in self-directed yet collaborative work environments.
