Cole Kelly is an accomplished camp director with a wealth of experience and education in developing independence and character in young people. With an MBA from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, a Master's in Education in Sports Psychology from the University of Virginia, and a Bachelor's in Religion/Religious Studies from the same institution, Kelly is well versed in psychology, business, and community building. Kelly has built Camp Weequahic, a coed summer camp in Lakewood, PA, from 120 campers in 2009 to over 450 campers per session today. His success is a result of hiring and training exceptional staff, creating a culture that resonates with the campers and their parents, and renovating an old campsite into a modern one. In addition, Kelly and his team developed the Campfire Conversation podcast to help parents, teachers, and mentors keep the magic of summer camp going for their kids back in the "real world." Overall, Kelly is an expert in developing intentional and fun communities and providing safety, learning, and hilarity for campers, parents, and staff.
