Colby's professional experience spans across various roles, including Technical Recruiter, Operations and Strategy Consultant, Lead Generation Consultant, Executive Recruiter, and Head of Success & Search at different organizations such as ChatterWorks, Kollective, Salt Creek Partners, LLC, and CyberCoders.

Having excelled in creating 'Win-Win' situations as a former Technical Recruiter, Colby now channels his expertise into developing cutting-edge recruiting tools at ChatterWorks while upholding his core values of driving improvement and innovation.
