Currently, Colby Pan serves as the Managing Director and Head of Industrial & Logistics, East Region at Hines, a significant role that involves overseeing operations in the industrial and logistics sector.

Prior to his current role, he held key positions such as Vice President at Macquarie Infrastructure & Real Assets, Managing Partner at Mineral Basin Capital, LLC, Vice President of Acquisitions at Realterm Logistics, among others.

Colby Pan's extensive professional journey also includes roles like Summer Associate at Ventas, Inc., Senior Investment Analyst at JLL focusing on Central & Eastern European Capital Markets, Financial Analyst at CalEast Global Logistics at LaSalle Investment Management, and Intern at CBRE's Philadelphia Office.
