Colby Gilbert

Colby Gilbert is an Analyst at Technology Crossover Ventures (TCV), where he has been focusing on investments in the enterprise software sector since joining the firm in July 2019. He is based in New York City and graduated magna cum laude from Northeastern University, earning a B.S.B.A. with concentrations in Finance and Accounting. During his time at Northeastern, he was actively involved as co-president of the Collegiate Alternative Investment Summit, which explores topics in private equity and venture capital.12

Originally from Boston, Colby has also lived in several major cities including Chicago, San Francisco, and New York. He is passionate about mentoring youth and volunteers with various organizations to replicate the positive experiences he had growing up as the youngest of four brothers. In his personal time, Colby enjoys playing ice hockey, listening to podcasts, reading about technology, and supporting the New England Patriots during their NFL season.12
