Colby Davis

Colby Davis is a seasoned professional in the HR and sales sectors, currently serving as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Employer Advantage. In this role, he focuses on helping businesses manage their HR compliance and outsourcing needs. His tenure at Employer Advantage lasted from January 2019 to April 2022, during which he was instrumental in rebuilding the sales team and implementing effective marketing strategies that led to significant sales growth, even amidst the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.1

Davis has a robust background in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry, having transitioned from Employer Advantage to become the President of Obsidian HR in May 2022. His experience includes previous roles as Chief Revenue Officer at Obsidian HR and Customer Insights Director at KLAS, where he advised healthcare IT companies on enhancing customer experiences.12
