Early in my career, I had the opportunity to build and operate my own company, employing over 50 full-time employees who provided sports training and activities for over 8000 children annually. In addition to managing this successful business, I also established a clothing line and a social media department that reached millions of people each week. My biggest personal achievement to date was the decision to sell the company and focus on new goals, demonstrating my ability to make strategic decisions and adapt to change.
