Clinton O'Grady

Clinton O'Grady is dedicated to scaling corporate social impact through product innovation, focusing on the intersection of product and philanthropy. With 6 years of experience in program and product management, he is currently spearheading the creation of an enterprise-grade Social Impact CRM for 1,000,000+ EY employees. Clinton holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he graduated one year early. Additionally, he participated in the EDGE Summer Business Management Program at UCLA Anderson School of Management with a scholarship award. Within EY, Clinton has held various roles including Global Product Owner for 'EY Ripples' Volunteer Portal and Corporate Responsibility Program Manager. He has also been part of EY's College MAP Mentorship program and served as a Learning & Development Coordinator. Prior to his time at EY, Clinton worked as a Business Development Consultant at Oracle and in Fund Development for a nonprofit at Blind Children's Learning Center.
