Clint Peardon is an accomplished team leader with a wealth of experience in operations, training and people development. With over seven years in team management roles, he has honed his skills in developing foundational processes for sustained workflow and expansion in both startups and recently established ventures. Peardon studied Mass Communications with a focus on Public Relations and Journalism at the University of South Florida - College of Arts and Sciences.

Among his previous roles, Peardon served as Senior Account Manager, District Manager for the Southwest region, and Senior Studio Manager at Candid, a company that provides affordable, clear teeth aligners using modern technology. Before that, he held positions as a Studio Manager for CITYROW and as an Assistant Studio Manager at SoulCycle, Inc.
