Clint Peardon is an accomplished team leader with a wealth of experience in operations, training and people development. With over seven years in team management roles, he has honed his skills in developing foundational processes for sustained workflow and expansion in both startups and recently established ventures. Before that, he held positions as a Studio Manager for CITYROW and as an Assistant Studio Manager at SoulCycle, Inc.
