Clint McLain

Clint McLain is a seasoned professional, currently excelling as the assistant superintendent of business and operations. He assumed this role on July 1 and has showcased exceptional leadership skills in this position.

With a rich background in education administration, Clint previously served as the dedicated superintendent of Dilley ISD for 7 years, from August 2013 to June 2020. During his tenure, significant milestones were achieved, including overseeing construction projects totaling over $45 million, enhancing academic performance, introducing an Early College High School program, and ensuring a stable fund balance despite heavy reliance on the oil-field industry.

His educational journey includes a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership and Administration from Sam Houston State University, a Master of Education (MEd) in Educational Leadership and Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Political Science and Government, also from Stephen F. Austin State University.
