Throughout his career, Clim has held various roles such as Director at Business Transformation Solutions, General Manager of Education and Knowledge Management at ANZIIF, Department Manager of Management and Leadership at Chisholm Institute, and Group Manager in transportation and infrastructure sectors.

He also contributed his expertise as an Engineer at the Department of Water and Electricity in the United Arab Emirates and gained experience in the energy sector at Tata Electric Companies.
