Achievements include: migrating independent contractors to digital platforms to enhance the user experience, reducing severity costs, reducing out of network frequency, and increasing the footprint of a crowdsourced roadside assistance program. This involved consulting with 500+ business owners regarding performance management, training facilitation, compliance audits, talent acquisition, and business planning in 6 states.  The main tools used were Tableau, Salesforce, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, & Microsoft Teams.
