He holds a BA in Anthropology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and also pursued Secondary Education Certification in Secondary English Education from North Carolina State University.

Cliff has held various roles in different organizations, showcasing his versatility and adaptability.

Currently, he serves as an Operations Analyst at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), where he applies his skills and knowledge in managing operations effectively.

Previously, Cliff worked at Dude Solutions, progressing from Client Advisor roles to Legendary Client Support Manager and Legendary Client Support Supervisor, demonstrating his growth and excellence in client relations.

Before his corporate roles, Cliff honed his teaching skills as an English Teacher at Panther Creek High School and Western Harnett High School.

His journey reflects a successful transition from the education sector to thriving in client support roles in the corporate world.
