As the CFO of the company my focus has been on enhancing the capital structure of the group and implementing the economic approach to the financial planning and analysis.

Even is a homebuilder focused on the mid/high-income segments in the Southeast and South regions of Brazil.

As the General Manager of Finance I was responsible for a team of around 70 people, including financial departments (Cash Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Controllership, Accounting, Tax, Property Management and Project Finance) and IT structure.

Main focus on structured financial projects:
* led the project that allowed the company to raise R$360 million within the Brazilian DCM (CRI)
* negotiated approx. R$300 million in real estate financing (Plano Empresário)
* awarded on behalf of the company due to approx. R$100 million obtained in a green financing deal
* allocated R$80 million in structured and alternative real estate investments (capital allocation iniciative launched in 2022)

Intelipost is a LogTech SaaS company that offers a freight management platform to digital retailers in LatAm.

As the CFO and IR Officer of the company I was responsible for the entire financial department (Cash Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Collection, Accounting, Tax, Revenue Assurance and FP&A), Investor Relations activities and Legal & Compliance team.

From 2018 to 2021 I helped Intelipost to raise unprecedent funds through venture debt transactions (2018), the issuance of convertible debentures (2019) and a Series-B equity round led by Riverwood Capital (2020 and 2021).

I also contributed to the Corporate Development initiatives by executing the strategic aquisition of 2 logtech companies in 2020.

From 2015 to 2018 I acted as financial and strategic advisor for early-stage startups in Brazil and acquired convertible interests in some of them through angel investments.

Last project in association with Evino - the second largest Brazilian B2C wine e-commerce at that time - to build a B2B beverage distribution platform (BEV Group), being elected the co-CEO of the initiative in 2018.

Acesso (currently named Bankly) was a FinTech company focused on prepaid electronic payment systems and digital wallets administration sold to Méliuz in 2021.

As the CFO and IR Officer of the company I was responsbile for the entire financial department (Cash Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounting, Tax, Assets Under Management and FP&A), Investor Relations activities, Legal & Compliance and HR teams.

I built the financial department from scratch (processes, systems and controls, team, external audit, etc.) and led the setup of the company in accordance with the regulation relased by the Brazilian Central Bank in 2013.

I also helped Acesso to raise funds through the issuance of new shares of the company and to execute the strategic aquisition of a closed loop prepaid card processor.

As Private Equity Officer I was allocated in two of Tarpon's portfolio companies from 2008 to 2012 being elected the Planning and Control Manager of Direcional Engenharia from 2008 to 2010 and the Financial and Planning Manager of Omega Energia from 2010 to 2012.

Main accomplishments in that period:
* Direcional Engenharia's successful IPO in 2009
* Fundraising to Omega Energia's projects in the state of Minas Gerais and Mato Grosso do Sul through structured project finance transactions
* Building Direcional Engenharia's Planning & Control department from scratch.
* Being elected SHP Pipoca's Board Member in 2011 (a JV between Omega Energia and Cemig GT)
* Building Omega Energia's shared services center (financial backoffice routines)
