Clayton Edwards is the Owner and CEO of KENCO Residential, a family-owned property management company based in Atlanta, Georgia.12 As a third-generation property manager, Clayton has taken the company founded by his grandfather Ken Edwards in the 1960s and transformed it with a mission to redefine apartment living.1
Background and Education
Clayton attended Washington and Lee University for his education.2 Growing up in a family-run business, he was instilled with values of hard work, stewardship, and generosity from a young age.1
