Currently, Clay holds the position of Engineering Manager at Plaid, showcasing his leadership skills and technical expertise in managing engineering teams.

Previously, he served as the Head of Engineering, Growth & Seller Experience at Opendoor, further illustrating his capacity to oversee multiple aspects of engineering projects.

Before these roles, Clay Allsopp held Engineering Manager positions at Opendoor, Teespring, and Palantir Technologies, demonstrating a diverse range of experiences in different tech environments.
