Claudio Prante is a Director in PwC Switzerland's Advisory practice leading the Deals Strategy team, specializing in M&A strategy, commercial due diligence, growth strategy, corporate and business unit strategy, operational improvement, and synergy analysis.

With a strong educational background including a Bachelor's degree from multiple institutions like National Sun Yat-Sen University, Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, and University of Lausanne, as well as a M.Sc. + Diplome de Grande Ecole from ESCP Europe, Claudio brings extensive academic knowledge to his role.

Claudio's professional journey includes positions such as Director & Head of Deals Strategy Switzerland at PwC, Senior Manager Strategy & CDD lead, Manager - Strategy, and Senior Associate - Deals Strategy at PwC in both London and Switzerland.
