Claudio Ochoa

Claudio Ochoa is a seasoned attorney turned entrepreneur and Managing Partner of Donovan Capital Group, a private investment firm specializing in enhancing U.S. national security through strategic investments. Before focusing on his current endeavors, Claudio worked as an attorney at the reputable law firms Morvillo, Abramowitz, Grand, Iason, Anello & Bohrer and DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary, specializing in corporate law and white collar litigation. He has experience representing high-profile clients against the U.S. Department of Justice and SEC in complex financial litigation.

Claudio has a multidisciplinary education background, studying international business, finance, law, and business administration at the University of Colorado Boulder, Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business, and American University Washington College of Law. His impressive background includes serving in various capacities at the U.S. State Department, Central Intelligence Agency, and the White House.

Claudio is also involved in non-profit work, serving on the board of directors of Lincoln Hall Boys School, an organization focused on helping troubled boys get back on the right track. He is an alumnus of the 2018 Class of the U.S. Secretary of Defense's Joint Civilian Orientation Conference.
