Claudia Silva

Claudia Silva, known as Claudia Cristiane dos Santos Silva, is the Coordenadora de pesquisa pedagógica at the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM) in São Paulo, Brazil. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Administration at ESPM and holds a Master's degree in the same field from the institution. Her academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Tourism from PUCRS (Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul), obtained in 2002.134

In her role at ESPM, Claudia is involved with the Núcleo de Inovações Pedagógicas, focusing on enhancing educational practices and research within the institution. Her experience and research interests contribute significantly to the development of innovative pedagogical strategies at ESPM.23
