Claudia Hogue

Claudia E. Ortega Hogue is a prominent figure known for her significant contributions to civic engagement and Latino representation in politics.

With a wealth of experience, Claudia served as the former District Director for the Office of Congresswoman Sylvia R. Garcia, playing a vital role in bridging the gap between local constituents, businesses, and government officials in Washington DC.

Before her tenure with Congresswoman Garcia's office, Claudia worked with NALEO Educational Fund, where she held various positions and spearheaded key initiatives focusing on naturalization, voter engagement, Census programs, and civic education.

Claudia's dedication to civic engagement has not gone unnoticed, as evidenced by her numerous leadership appointments and accolades, including being appointed by Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner to serve on the Mayor's Advisory Council of New Americans (MACNA) Board of Directors.
