Claudia Colvin is a professional specializing in helping small startups enhance their teams with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). She currently holds a leadership position overseeing talent and people operations at a bootstrapped and profitable startup that leverages AI for transcription and subtitling solutions. Joining as the 10th employee, her primary goal is to expand the team while championing DEI within the company's culture and processes. In addition to her entrepreneurial ventures, Claudia has a background in NGOs, with a focus on peace-building education and social mobility.
In terms of education, Claudia pursued a Master of Arts in Middle East and Mediterranean Studies at King's College London. She also holds a CELTA certification in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from International House London, and a Bachelor of Arts in Contemporary Languages and Cultures from Sapienza Università di Roma.
Claudia Colvin's professional experience spans across various organizations and roles.
