Claudia Colaferro

Claudia Colaferro is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in business, marketing, media, and advertising. She is currently serving as the CEO/Investor of AngelUs, an EquityTech firm focused on promoting gender equity within companies. Claudia's mission is to support and empower female entrepreneurs and executives, enabling them to reach their full potential through a network of over 300 accomplished women from various industries. Her goal is to create value for the economy and businesses by championing gender equity in leadership through the #Mulherar movement.

Claudia holds a Master's degree in Consumer Behavior (neuroscience) from the University of São Paulo, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas, and has completed an Executive Program at Singularity University. She is actively involved in inspiring and empowering women through her roles as a board member at Babson College (Cwell) and The Soul Factor.

Throughout her illustrious career, Claudia has held key positions such as CEO of Latin America and President Americas Multicultural at Dentsu Aegis Network, Marketing Director at significant companies like Philips, Motorola, Coca-Cola Company, and Unilever, and served in strategic roles at ISOBAR and Natura. She has been recognized for her excellence and leadership in the industry, receiving accolades such as the 'Women to Watch' award by Ad Age and participating as a judge in prestigious awards like Effie, FOMLA, and Cannes.
