Clark's career has seen him hold key positions at Mackinnon Bruce International, where he currently serves as the Head of Training, Development & Talent. Prior to this role, he held positions such as Training, Development & Talent Manager, Recruitment Consultant, Operations and Training Manager at I Can Read, and various teaching and management roles.
