He has a proven track record in hospital utilization management, patient throughput improvement, and enhancing patient safety. Dr. Foster excels in various aspects of general surgery, including complex surgeries like solid organ transplantation and the treatment of cancer and infectious complications in immunocompromised patients.
Throughout his career, Dr. Foster has successfully revitalized existing transplant programs and introduced new initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
