Clare Woakes is a licensed general contractor with a focus on kitchen, bathroom, and whole house remodeling, delivering exceptional results by treating every home as their own. With a wealth of experience in the construction industry, Clare has held various roles ranging from project management to ownership in reputable organizations.

Currently, Clare is the Co-Owner at 360 Property Solutions, LLC, bringing expertise in overseeing construction projects. Prior to this role, Clare served as a Project Manager at Construction Project Management, Cronin Construction Development Inc, and Gleason and Tankard GC, showcasing a diverse skill set in managing construction endeavors.

Throughout their career, Clare has also held positions as a Project Supervisor/Manager at Jetton Construction, Adams and Company Homebuilders, and NOVA Designs, honing their leadership abilities in overseeing project execution and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Clare has previously operated as the Owner of Woakes Builders, Inc and Woakes Construction, demonstrating proficiency in managing their enterprises to deliver top-notch construction services.

Moreover, Clare has hands-on experience in carpentry, having worked as a Lead Carpenter at Rosewood Construction and started their journey as a Carpenter's Apprentice at United Brotherhood of Carpenters, illustrating a comprehensive understanding of construction processes from the ground up.
