Clare Boals is a seasoned professional with a strong educational background and diverse experience in the healthcare industry. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Sciences from Cornell University and also completed studies in Health and Community Research Semester, Foods, Nutrition, and Related Services as part of the International Honors Program.

Throughout her career, Clare has held key positions in various organizations, showcasing her expertise and commitment to customer care and healthcare services. She currently serves as the Head of Customer Care at Willow Pump, where she leads the customer care team ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Prior to her role at Willow Pump, Clare Boals has held prominent positions in renowned organizations, including Vice Chairman Of the Board at Alliance for Children Everywhere, Director of Engagement at Landmark Health, and several roles at Oscar Health, such as Director of Customer Care Strategy, Director of Inside Sales, Head of Training and Quality, and Sales Consultant.

Her experience also includes roles at NuSpecies Corporation as Operations Lead and Nutrition Consultant, as well as a Nutrition Investigator Intern at Amway. Clare kickstarted her career as a Casualty Intern at Nakuru Provincial General Hospital, further expanding her practical knowledge in the healthcare sector.
