Clara Southerland is an accomplished educator dedicated to driving positive change in the field of education. Clara's academic journey also includes Bachelor of Science degrees in Elementary Education and Teaching from Cameron University and Oklahoma State University.

Clara has a wealth of teaching experience, having served in various roles at Tulsa Public Schools, including as an Instructional Coach and Staff Development Teacher. She has also held positions as a Teacher and Affiliate Director at Destination Imagination, as well as Oklahoma Affiliate Director. Clara's diverse roles have equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the education system and a unique perspective on fostering transformative learning experiences for students.
