Clara Miller

Clara Miller is a prominent figure in the fields of sustainability, finance, and nonprofit management, known for her expertise as a thinker, writer, and speaker.

With a strong educational background, Clara studied Regional Planning for her Masters at Cornell University, received a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Columbia University, and completed her BA in Studio Art at the University of New Hampshire.

Over the course of her career, Clara has held key roles in various organizations, including serving as the President Emerita of The F. B. Heron Foundation, where she also served as President. She was also the President & CEO and founder of the Nonprofit Finance Fund.

Clara has a diverse professional background, having worked in roles such as Energy Conservation Fund at The New York Community Trust, Economic Development Planner at Southern Tier Central Regional Planning & Development Board, and Assistant for Special Projects at the National Academy of Sciences.
