Currently, Clara serves as the Director of Corporate Strategy & Portfolio Management at Die Grünenthal Gruppe, where she plays a crucial role in shaping the company's strategic direction and managing its portfolio of assets. Prior to her current position, she held key roles at Bayer Animal Health, including Projektmanager for the Animal Health separation and Strategic Planning. She also gained valuable experience as a Senior Consultant at Roland Berger and as a Visiting Consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.
