· Responsible for all IPO road shows and working closely with the client, Corporate Broking, Corporate Finance and nominated Sales People
· Responsible for placing letters for all IPO clients and some existing clients for placing of shares, sending these out within the allotted time frame and ensuring they were all signed and sent back within the allotted time frame
· Responsible for 15 Broker Clients, which included organising their interim and preliminary results road shows to shareholders and non holders, attendance at these meetings and also results presentation to the Market, share price information, taking instruction on the sales of company shares, producing graphs and other ad hoc duties on behalf of the company
· Responsible for all shareholder analysis for 180 Broker clients of the company, which also resulted in being the point of contact for most clients regarding their share prices, changes in their shareholdings, investigation into who was buying or selling their shares, producing complex graphs, historical share price information for investor presentations and any other task requested by the company.
· Producing shareholder information internally to Sales Team, Market Makers, Sales Traders, Corporate Broking and Corporate Finance
· Dealing with price sensitive information on a daily basis and working within Chinese Wall
· Responsible for specific Research conferences to the Market, which included inviting speakers, inviting relevant Fund Managers within the sector using shareholder information and research tools, production of agenda, presentation material, greeting speakers and being present at conference and ensuring smooth running of event
