She is the founder of Joanna Invests, a platform empowering female investors to support female-founded startups.

Claire's finance expertise was honed through roles in investment banking in London and as a start/scale-up CFO in Amsterdam. She possesses a strong financial modeling skillset and experience in fundraising.

Her career has provided her with in-depth knowledge of various financial products, including loans, bonds, convertibles, private placements, and equity.

During her tenure as CFO at Fastned, Claire successfully raised over EUR 35 million in 4 years from various investors and financial products, guiding the company to a successful IPO on Nxchange in 2016 and Euronext in 2019 with a valuation of ~EUR 750 million.

At Dott, an e-mobility sharing company, she established and scaled the Finance operations to 6 countries and 15 cities in just 15 months, securing EUR 50 million in funding from institutional investors like Naspers Ventures and EQT Ventures.
