On returning from a career break solo travelling across Asia, I joined True North Human Capital, a boutique HR consultancy. Leading the Talent Consulting practise, I was responsible for delivering bespoke, high impact, Resourcing projects for clients including: Talent Acquisition strategy and design, Recruitment Process Re-engineering, ATS & HRIS Technology implementation, Talent Insight & Market Mapping, Building in house Resourcing Capability, bespoke Salary Surveys, implementing Assessment and Selection techniques and designing and delivering onsite and remote RPO models.
