Claire Dunn is a Co-Founder of Work.by Design, where she offers support to female entrepreneurs and helps organizations establish meaningful D&I programs. She brings over 15 years of experience in customer service and CX, having worked with a wide range of clients from startups and freelancers to blue chip companies and government entities.

Throughout her career, Claire has been involved in various roles and organizations. She is a Co-Founder at we are radikl and has previously founded no faff consulting and no faff. Additionally, she held leadership positions such as Head of Customer Experience, Sales & Marketing & Operations at Accelerate Places, Head of Client Services at TDX Group, and Account Director Financial Services at TDX Group.

Before her entrepreneurial ventures and leadership roles, Claire Dunn was the Founder and Owner of Tri Camp and held positions at TDX Group, where she worked as a Senior Client Relationship Manager, Delivery Manager, as well as in various Relationship Manager roles at compare the market and IKANO Financial Services Ltd.
