Claire Bernstein is a multifaceted individual who has explored various fields in her career. Starting as a musician, she went on to pursue education in Law and Music Performance to further her knowledge in these fields. She has been a government business relation consultant, a writer, and a commentator for radio and TV shows. Bernstein has also created media products in North America, including nationally syndicated columns that have been published in various prominent newspapers across Canada. Her series on the explosion of computers won an award. Bernstein presently conceptualizes the idea of "Global Common Humanity" based on her widely read columns called "You! Be the Judge."

Bernstein's education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Philosophy from McGill University, Bachelor of Laws from Université de Montréal, and a Master's degree in Music Performance, also from Université de Montréal.

At present, she is the creator and president of "You! Be the Judge," an organization that aims to spread the concept of global common humanity with her columns.
