Circe Tsui

Circe Tsui is the Associate Director of Solutions Architecture at Emory University, where she leads a team within the Office of Information Technology (OIT) Research Solutions Unit. Her role involves enabling research through innovative technologies, collaborating closely with researchers on various aspects of cloud computing, including architecture, design, budgeting, and education.

Circe has a strong background in informatics and technology. Before her current position, she worked as a software engineer and technology partner at Emory, where she developed systems for clinical research tracking, subject registries, and genomic analysis pipelines. This experience has provided her with a deep understanding of the challenges researchers face, allowing her to effectively address their needs.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Idaho State University and a Master of Science in Health Informatics from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Additionally, she is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional and has been recognized as an AWS Education Champion since 2023. Circe resides in Atlanta, Georgia, and enjoys outdoor activities with her husband.12
